Who is in charge of Emergency Management in Jefferson County?Oregon law, under Oregon Revised Statute 401.305, declares that “ Each county of the state, and each city may, establish an emergency management agency which shall be directly responsible to the executive officer or governing body of the county or city”
To prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, all crimes perpetrated within this county, and to protect with equal vigor the rights and privileges of all its citizens.
