Closure of Elm Lane Railroad Crossing & Adding Signalization to Fir Lane Railroad Crossing

BNSF requested that Elm Lane crossing to be closed.  In exchange the Fir Lane railroad crossing would be equipped with a signal.  BNSF offered to contribute 100% of the cost to pave the 1.3 mile unpaved section of Collins Drive (between Elm and Dogwood).  

Currently both Elm Lane and Fir Lane do not have signalized railroad crossings (crossing lights and gates).
