eRecording Services

Jefferson County Clerk's office accepts electronic document recording (eRecording).  Documents are recorded more rapidly than if documents are mailed.  Documents must be submitted through a third party vendor.  We do not accept documents sent to us by email.  We accept eRecordings from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

All eRecordings must be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi scanned black and white image.

Currently, Jefferson County has contracts with Simplifile, Corporation Service Company (CSC), Indecomm Global and eRecording Partners Network.
