Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)

VINE is an automated service that monitors offenders in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections, Oregon Youth Authority, and all county jails in Oregon. You can track the custody status of offenders over the phone or internet. You can also register with VINE to be notified by phone, text and/or email if the custody status of an offender changes. Do not depend solely on VINE for your safety, make a plan in case the defendant is released.

  • VINE is confidential, the offender will not know you are registered with VINE.
  • If you don’t answer, VINE will leave a message and continue calling until you enter your pin or 24 hours have passed.
  • Since VINE notifies you when offender's custody status changes, you may get notified in the middle of the night.

You can register with VINE online, by phone, or by downloading VINEmobile on your phone to receive notifications. Go to www.vinelink.com, select Oregon, and it will redirect you to another link where you will enter your information.
